Pet care experience
We are a highly experienced family of 4. Both parents are life-long dog owners and both daughters (ages 12 and 17) are huge dog lovers. Walks in the park are our favorite! Our family is high energy and we will make sure that your dog gets the exercise and attention they need. Cuddles and playtime galore! We have experience with multiple breeds and ages from week old puppies to elderly dogs who need special care. Our dog, a small mixed breed, is very vocal when he meets new friends. Give him 10 minutes and he quickly warms up and looks forward to new playmates. He is loving and friendly and has made many friends with our client's dogs. Phoebe was so well taken care of in Cara’s home. Her family really embraced her even though she was just there for a short stay. We received regular updates and pictures which really made us feel comfortable with the choice we made! We’ll be back in Jersey soon and we know where we hope to leave Phoebe (if they’re available!).
Very friendly family overall. They took great care of my dog for the day. Sent me multiple photos of him and was very understanding of me being late to pick up my dog. Also a plus that they also had a dog for my dog to play with.
We are so happy we found a wonderful ‘home away from home’ for our dog! Cara and her family were so easy to work with - they kept us informed and shared photos. We can tell our dog loves her new friends!

My preference is for dogs that are fully house trained and do not bite or become aggressive. We are easily able to care for dogs with special needs.
A typical day
Tons of activity and playtime. Cuddles are abundant! Walks around the neighborhood are our favorite activity but we also love to sit and snuggle if that is what your pet needs.

Availability
In the summers we are free to board/walk dogs every day. During the school year, do to work, weekends and afternoons work for our schedule.
