Pet care experience
I have been working with and raising dogs for 15 years. They have always been a huge part of my life. I work with dogs for my living and have experience training puppies, shelter dogs, service dogs, etc. I have always been extremely dedicated to every dogs needs and wants and I love learning every dogs unique personalities. Without mans best friend, life would be boring! I have experience with puppies up to senior dogs and fur childen with special needs. I also have experience with animal first aid, from adminstering meds both orally and injections, to applying temporary first aid to open wounds until a vet can become availiable. I have a yard with a 6ft wooden privacy fence that your pup will love running around in and be able to stretch their legs. If you furbaby enjoys walks or hiking, I visit Prince William Forest Park regularly! I have two pups of my own who always love making new friends too.

I got to know Cara S. personally while working with her professionally as a Canine Handler for a Pest Management Company. Cara’s background as a Canine Handler in the military made her the perfect work partner! She was always professional, came to work early every shift, paid great attention to detail, worked well with all the dogs and motivated them to stay focused on their task while out on jobs, and provided the dogs with the best care when they were not working. Cara’s also extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior, animal health/care and first aid. Her respect, dedication, and love for the dogs we worked with showed in just how hard the dogs would work for her! Cara’s personal pets are her life and greatest joy! Her dog and 2 cats get along beautifully and she always puts their wants & needs above her own! She makes absolutely certain her pets are happy and healthy and LOVED!!!! Knowing all this about Cara S. I know she would be amazing as a Dog Walker and/or Pet Sitter for your pets!

Everything about my experience with Cara has been outstanding: my animals were obviously well cared for; my home remained safe and in the same condition I left it; she communicated with me according to Rover’s standards and also according to my requests;.
