I am a loving pet parent with 34 years of experience. I am a dog person at heart and will make sure your pet is safe, loved and well taken care of. I would like to know things about your pet that make them feel comfortable, since they will be away from their environment during their stay with me. The less stress on your fur baby, the better. I love to reward good behavior with treats and lots of belly rubs. My degree is in Behavioral Analysis, and I love to positively reinforce behavior in my pets. Dogs make me smile and make my heart happy. When I leave to run errands, I turn on my Nest camera, so animals in my care are always watched. Dogs over 40 pounds will have a surcharge.

Candyce took very good care of our three dogs. She even won over our more aloof pup who does not like strangers and they became friends during the stay! Candyce was great about sending photos and videos so we could see what the girls were up to in our absence! Thank you so much!

Candyce was great with Tex. Easy to communicate and quick to response. Sent updates and pictures while caring for Tex. Overnight he started to deal with digestion issues and she was quick to communicate. I would definitely use her again. She was loving and caring for Tex.

I need to know if they have any food allergies. I feed my dogs separated and I am extra careful about what they eat. I don’t mind making them scrambled eggs if they won’t eat their food during their stay. I prefer a typed schedule for each pet.
A typical day
I love to take my visiting dogs on walks! I have a beautiful park system at my house. We will play with toys and eat yummy treats if you allow!
