Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I got my own as a little girl. Since then I’ve worked professionally in the veterinary medicine field and have experience with all types of dogs, of varying sizes and medical needs. I currently work at an emergency pet hospital and am CPR certified and can carry out immediate first aid if necessary. I have two dogs of my own currently and will welcome yours into our pack and make sure they have a positive , safe, and fun experience.

Candice is awesome! We reached out to her last minute after our dog sitter fell through and she stepped up and made us feel so comfortable. She sent us pictures and updates all weekend. We really felt like our pups were in good hands. One of my dogs is a SUPER energetic mini schnauzer and the other is a timid mastiff/german shepherd mix. Candace took the time to make them both feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter and I would definitely use her services again.
Candice cared for our lab mix Sam for over a week. She was a great communicator, sent pictures daily and cared for our pup so well! Sam loved playing with her dogs and came home exhausted. We will definitely seek out Candice in the future when we need a dog sitter again!
CANDICE WAS WONDERFUL!! When a sitter did not work out at the last minute I nervously booked my pup w Candice. Very quickly I was put at ease. Candice was very professional and considerate and Cal got comfy and made friends right away. I was given daily images and updates and I could tell Cal was having a blast. It was a lovely feeling to see his huge dog smile w each adventure or playtime. Candice really exceeded my expectations and I was really happy to have Cal in her care. I will absolutely book w her any time I’m out of town or when Cal wants a play date ??✨
Candice is phenomenal! We have a anxious special needs dog who needed some extra TLC and time to take his medications while we were away. Candice was patient, kind and dedicated to make the the experience as comfortable as possible for our pup. She is specialized as a Vet tech and also taught us some new tricks to help him take medicines.

I’ve recently downsized to a spacious apartment setting with a big balcony. Your dog will have access to the whole apartment and with your permission I am only 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from a beautiful nature reserve park that I can walk your pet through to get some energy out.

A typical day
your dog will always have a playmate with my fur babies. The house is filled with ridiculous amounts of toys. I do like to plan an outing of some sort with mine and your dog; wether that be hiking, going to the lake, going paddle boarding, I’d love to take your dog along for an adventure.

Availability
I currently work full time at an emergency animal hospital. I can be as flexible as you need me to be given adequate notice. Pet care doesn’t stop for me. If I’m not at work caring for sick pets then I’m at home taking care of my fur babies and I will give yours the same amount of love and care.
