Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Candice. I am married & have a toddler and a lab retriever mix, Remi. We love meeting other dogs, going on walks, and being outside so having your baby tag along would only add to the adventure. Pets MUST be good with children, not aggressive, can be left alone without issues (or ok in a crate), up to date on vaccinations, on flea/tick preventative, and house trained. Depending on your dogs needs and your comfort level, we can go to a dog park. If you’re not super comfortable with dog parks, no worries! We can explore the neighborhood on-leash. Your dog is super chill and prefers to relax? No problem. We can hang out at the house and watch tv on the couch. Either way, your baby will be well taken care of. I also know how important it is to stay connected and communicate. I will send you as many pictures and updates as you’d like.

Candice and her family and fur host Remmie are fantastic! Our standard poodle Haddie has found her new second home. So easy to set up a meet & greet. Communication, drop off, & pick up were a breeze. Lots of updates, pictures, & even videos. We’ll definitely be using Candice again. Haddie will be excited for another visit!
Candice was beyond amazing watching our highly energetic pup for a long weekend. She was flexible and accommodating in every way, and also provided multiple updates and pictures every day! We got back to a very happy and tired pup. Would recommend to anyone, and would happily book again!
TJ must have had a lot of fun. He is/was wiped out sleeping as soon as we got in the car. Remi was very nice, and so were his humans. We got a bunch of pictures and updates on how he was doing without his regular emotional support humans. Candice was beyond accommodating with my uncertain hours and last minute booking. 100% recommend! Would and will use again. (Hopefully next week!)

Whatever your routine is, I will be sure to follow accordingly, ie I’ll make sure your baby doesn’t sprint out of the front door or sits before being fed. Dogs are always separated when fed to avoid any issues.

How is their recall? Do they have any special needs or accommodations? How do they handle being around other dogs? And any other important information you’d like me to know.
A typical day
If your baby loves to play fetch, we can throw the ball/frisbee/toy around. We can explore new parks and neighborhoods. My hope is they can get lots of energy out, have fun, and meet some new friends along the way.

With our own furbaby, Remi, we typically go for walks or to the dog park so bringing along another pup won’t be an issue at all. After walks/dog parks, we usually hang out at the house to cool down. We have dog beds, water & food bowls, and some toys so you don’t need to bring those unless your pup has a favorite or needs special accommodations.
