I am a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International. I am Pet First Aid and CPCR certified. I have a B.S. in Biology. I’ve gone through numerous dog training camps to better understand different training methods. I have been volunteering at a local humane society for almost five years now. I train other volunteers, help animals get adopted and used to train the puppies in our former weekly puppy class until they get adopted! I have also done a veterinarian internship, and volunteer in the shelter’s medical department, and am able to give your animals any medical care they may need. I have experiences with shy, energetic, indifferent, playful, and even scared/apprehensive dogs, as well as dogs of all sizes and breeds. I have taken classes to learn about dog behavior, body language, and balanced training. Also, I have experience with dogs who have resource guarding (i.e. food, toys, treats, bedding). Having all this experience allows me to be able to work with dogs that have some minor issues and hopefully give comfort to owners knowing their dog is in the hands of someone who will work to make sure their dog is safe and happy. I also have a plethora of experience with other animals such as cats, small animals (hamsters, rabbits, hedgehogs, etc.), fish and reptiles and would be willing to take care of them as well, for no additional fee (within reason).
