Pet care experience
I’ve cared for a diverse group of pups throughout my life, from 8 weeks to 17 years (RIP maxie) with medical requirements, high physical activity requirements, anxiety, and also your typical dopey dawg. Friends and neighbors often rely on me to walk and sit their family members, mostly consisting of dogs. Let’s chat!

Candice is the dog sitter you can trust to love your dog as much as you do. She has helped care for my senior dog for the last 2.5 years and I know Annie would give her two paws up as well. Being a senior, Annie has some mobility difficulties, medications, and can be a pretty picky eater. Candice has great patience for her "senior moments" and always willing to give her extra loves or space when needed. Candice is a great communicator and often thinks of things before I do. We recommend her full-heartedly.
Candice is incredible with dogs. She is able to balance structure and play in a way that dogs respond to very positively. She is also a loving mom to Zuko who would make the best play date for any pup!

I have a fenced yard and a confident 2 year old malamute mix waiting to meet your sweetheart. He is very friendly to any dog and reads signals well so if your pup isn’t super social he gets it! I have a large crate available if needed and requested. There are also beds and rugs all over the house left over from our senior guy who crossed over earlier this year. The dogs definitely own this place. 🤣

Medication info, physical needs, mental stimulation, etc are all things that are good for me to know. Are they off leash trained? Is there a special word for recall? I’d love to know it all so we have a good experience!
A typical day
Walking is something I love to do in general and it’s more fun with the company of some dogs. My resident dog and I walk a lot and would love to have your pup join us. I also have a fenced yard so if your dog is more of a play fetch in the yard kinda guy we can work with that. I also love hiking and fat biking in the winter so if your pup is up for a bigger adventure I can bring them along. We’ll discuss details and your boundaries when we talk!

Availability
I’m currently a stay at home dog mom so dogs are life. I get out with my guy for at least 3 miles a day and then we hang out and play in the yard or watch a good soap together on the couch.
