I have had dogs since I was a young child, and love animals. My friends jokingly call me Elly Mae from the character on Beverly Hillbillies. Your fur baby will be a part of my family, and will be home with your dog the majority of the day. Dogs seem to love me and we will have a great time together. I have had various breeds and all sizes of dogs. When a dog is in my care I am patient, always concerned for their welfare. Because I am a dog person I’ve done a lot of reading about health issues, behavior, and how to respond to their needs. Another item of importance is the fact that when you have animals it’s inspiration to be healthy and energetic because some dogs require a brisk pace, others a normal pace. Whatever the need of the dog I should be able to fulfill it. There have been instances where a dog just wants attention, to play ball, or tug of war.
