Walk the walk and bark the bark

Pet care experience

Hello! My name is Camryn and I am 23 years old! I am an online student at Northern Arizona University and I work a full time job! My ongoing passion for animals has led me to the rover app! I grew up with animals my whole life, and even have one of my own(2 yr old cat)! Her name is Phoebe and she is my absolute world. I have a passion for pets of all sizes and species. I am excited to be able to help you by caring for your pets while you are away. Your babies will be cared for and loved just as if they were my own. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pets and giving your pets lots of love and attention and everything they need.

Our puppies were so happy to be able to stay home and have such a great drop in sitter to keep a good eye on them. We have found our forever sitter!!!!!!! Thank you Camryn!

Camryn is a wonderful dog sitter. She grew up with a variety of dogs, watching various dogs in our neighborhood, and has watched my pup for extended periods of time as well. She is very active so she takes dogs on lots of walks, great at reinforcing the training we are working on at home as well.

I care for my pets (and yours) by taking care of them and spending time with them. Simply taking them on a walk 2-3 times a day or just by playing with them.

Information Camryn F. would like to know about your pet

A few things that I would want to know ahead of time is; the pet’s temperament, activity level, dietary needs/restrictions, and any medical issues. How do you deal with bad behavior? How do you reward good behavior? What is the pet’s daily routine? If the are leash trained and any pet triggers that I should know about?

A typical day

Walking is a huge deal for me, when I usually take care of friends or families I try to go on a walk at least 2 times a day (depending on the weather). Depending on the owners preference, I am always willing to take your pet to the dog park, on a hike, to a pet friendly restaurant, walks through the neighborhood.

Pets need routines just as much as humans do for a sense of calm and safety. An act as simple as refilling their food bowl at the same time every day is enough to make them feel comfortable in their living space. For me, I feed my cat every morning as soon as I wake up and play with her for about 10 minutes prior to leaving for work. I also make sure that her water fountain always has water in it. Once I get home from work, we play for about 15-20 minutes as well as letting her out on the balcony (she loves this!)
