Dependable, professional pet care.

Pet care experience

Hey! I am an experienced kennel tech, house sitter, dog handler, and all around animal person with the skills and personality to interact with all types of pets. I provide pictures and videos for ALL customers!! (Not sure why the profile says otherwise?) I have many years of experience as a technician at three separate dog daycares and boarding facilities. I cannot stress enough how important socialization is in the development of dogs and their behavior. It is crucial and very important to us in the environment we want to provide for our animals. Observing dog behavior is also very important to us. We watch dogs closely to ensure there is no bullying or negative behavior in our pack. My extensive experience helps us understand our and other dogs personalities. About this sitter: Experienced dog handler and volunteer, passionate about animals, and just generally a "dog person". I'm very active and spend lots of time engaging my own three dogs. We love to hike, camp, take long walks, and even a simple game of fetch makes us all happy. Socialization is very important to me in the process of raising my dogs so fostering and dog sitting is a huge part of my life. We provide a comfortable, safe, and fun environment for any dogs in our care. I have experience as a dog owner, dog handler, and a shelter volunteer! I have been trained in administering medications. Pack building and monitoring of behavior are skills I have gained from working with large groups of dogs at one time. Why I love dog sitting My interactions with animals started at a very young age, from fostering to volunteering. I was raised always with pets. This sparked my interest to work and volunteer with them as an adult. Meet my pets I have two dogs of my own. Boris and Holly are an inseparable pair who pack up easily with new dogs. They have an insatiable desire for affection and attention from all dogs. Socialization is extremely vital in the raising of our dogs so they have no problems sharing their yard with new dog friends. Boris is a Bassett-Hound mix who is very driven and playful. Holly comes from a questionable upbringing so we are working on her confidence when it comes to new playmates, she takes a little bit to warm up to people and new dogs and plays the submissive role in the two's relationship. They are an absolutely perfect balance for each other. ***Little Tutti is the new addition to our pack and is as well socialized as our other two! He has a very sad beginning story of being abandoned but is currently killing it at life with his two siblings!!*** About my yard Our fully fenced in backyard is half shaded and half exposed, making it great for sunbathing in the summer and also providing relief if it is too hot. We have a shallow doggie play pool for hot weather when we play outside! My experience administering medication My extensive experience working with animals has given me training in administering medications to dogs.

Camille has pitched in a couple of times when my regular sitter has scheduling conflicts. She is very professional, compassionate with animals and willing to go the extra mile for your pet and their owner! I highly recommend Camille.

Information Camille W. would like to know about your pet

All of our dogs safety is most important to me. I can and have accommodated dogs with behavioral issues when I do not have other dogs in my care. Please inform me if your dog has issues with eating around other dogs, sleeping near other dogs, or has a history of biting or aggression. Also please let me know if your dog has issues with barking or chewing things. It will help me provide a comfortable and safe environment for your dog if I am informed. I do not have any breed preferences. I love all pups just the same!

A typical day

. We walk our dogs here frequently, as well as bring them to dog parks. With return dogs we know very well, we often will bring them hiking (with permission from their owner's of course!) Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog, unless it is indicated they should be crated, will sleep right along with our dogs in our bedroom. Even if it is preferred that we crate your dog at night, the crate will always be in the bedroom. Time I'll spend with your dog Your dog will never be left alone while being in our care. My partner and I have alternating schedules and are private contractors, basically controlling our own schedules. When we commit to sitting a dog, they are with us 24/7.
