I worked at a dog daycare and boarding kennel for 5 years. I have been pet sitting for dogs and cats for 15 years. I have owned dogs, cats, and bearded dragons my whole life.

Cats: cats have my heart! I love earning a cats trust and giving them the affection and play at their pace and with their style. I believe cats do best in their own home and would love to stop by to give them some attention while you are gone. I am trained to use a prong collar and use one on my dog. I am comfortable and competent to use a prong collar on your dog if that is your style, but I will never use one on your dog unless you explicit ask for it.

I can also get the mail, water plants, bring in packages, and do any other “away from home” tasks while you are out of town.
A typical day
I have a calm, assertive energy. I believe dogs need, in order, exercise, discipline, then affection. A tired dog is a good and happy dog. I provide daily exercise. I take dogs for walks, through balls in the backyard, hike on trails, splash in the creek or the kiddy pool. i am always looking for more, healthy ways to add enrichment, exposure, and play into a dog’s life. I keep a tight ship with defined and consistent boundaries. I love all dogs and believe the combination of exercise and discipline is what makes them happiest.

Availability
I’m currently a full time dog and cat mom so I have plenty of time to enrichment and exercise every day. I am available everyday from 10am to 10pm for drop ins. I’m sorry, I am unavailable before 10am.
