Pet care experience
I love all animals! Have kept pets & rehabilitated street animals since age 8 in my Ecuadorian hometown. Have experience with big and small cats and dogs (including often misunderstood breeds like pit bulls), as well as birds, turtles, spiders, crabs, etc. I am an avid reader and will educate myself as much as necessary to suit your particular best friend(s)' needs :) My family and local community have relied on me in cases of emergency, to feed their kitties or to take their puppies potty when they'll be home late from work, for example. I do the same and rely on those around me to help with my 3 fur babies whenever I can't be there. It stands to reason that you should too be able to rely on this Rover community for your pet needs, and that's why I decided to sign up... you know, I'm just your local crazy animal lady!

Camila was great and we can tell King very much enjoyed his time with her! She was communicative the whole time sharing pictures and updates throughout our time away, which was so appreciated! King also loves to snuggle and she gave him plenty of TLC. We’ll definitely be requesting her again!

Camila was great with my 3 year old boxer Fenton! He requires medication administration and gentle touch when he gets too excited. She’s prompt in her response and provides several photos/updates. I highly recommend Camila.

When in others' homes, I am meticulous about following prescribed systems and rules for the care of their loved ones, and love leaving places in the same or better condition than when I walked in! I’ve got experience looking after kitties and happily clean up their messes at their parent’s home. I’ve also worked with special needs dogs, and have experience expressing bladders for paraplegic pets. I’m tidy and like to provide top notch service, so whether you need me to exercise your dog in your backyard to avoid noise triggers or you want me to take them out to town, I’m down! With cats, I love playing with them as with my own. I’ll also make sure to pet them and get some purrs out before I’m done :)

Let me know about any special needs, medications, particular habits or anything in general that will allow me to better care for your dog. I have experience with senior dogs (14+ years), blind dogs, paralyzed and amputated dogs in specific. Can sit for any size dog. I also have experience with senior cats, cats with IBD, and how to safely administer meds for them.
A typical day
I will make sure to walk them and play with them as much as their energy level requires. We will also explore parks nearby if that's something your best friend appreciates. Will keep toys, treats and hugs handy.
