Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs in every country I’ve lived in. Now that I’m in sunny Southern California, I gravitate towards dog parks, San Diego’s off leash beaches and really miss having a pet accomplice during walks, out in nature, or just relaxing at home. I will take care of your dog as if it were my own and am very open to feedback or special requests. I enjoy spending time outside, hiking, camping and lounging with a book in the shade. I’m active and out and about most weekends and consider myself to be an adaptable and easygoing learner; let me know what you’re looking for and I’m confident we can work something out. I’m happy to answer your questions and make sure I’m the right fit for taking care of your pet.

Camila was attentive, friendly and careful with our dog when she took her out for walks and play in the park. Camila misses being around dogs and cannot have them in her current apartment, so I hope others will trust their dogs to Camila so they can both help each other!

I would like to know if the dog is aggressive towards certain known behaviors or situations (I adopted a rescue dog years ago that could not tolerate people with baseball caps).
A typical day
I would love to take your dog up to the Del Mar Beach or to Ocean Beach if they’re into the water. If that’s not appealing to them (don’t worry, I had a lab that hated water) we can go out to Mission Trails, Balboa Park or some of your local favorites.
