Pet care experience
I have loved dogs ever since I was a kid, as such I have directed my life towards working with them. In my neighborhood from middle school to high school, I used to dog sit for quite a few of my neighbors dogs. I have since worked at a Camp Bow Wow dog day care and boarding facility for almost nine years. My primary duties were to ensure the dogs behaved, did not play to rough or dominate one another and were entertained. Working at this location has also given me experience with handling nearly every breed of dog, medicating, aspects of training, and basic observational diagnosis of illness. I also have an Associates Degree of Science in Zookeeping Technology, which included classes in Animal Behavior and Veterinary Zookeeping. On top of all this, I have CPR Certification for dogs.

Cameron is not a dog sitter. Dog sitting has an emphasis on just that: sitting. Cameron is a dog caregiver, with an emphasis on caring. He cares. Dogs are sentient beings for Cameron. He engages them. He enjoys their personality. He gets on their personal wavelength. Needless to say, he loves dogs. And I think it’s fair to say he’ll love YOUR dog. He’s been caring for dogs for over seven years. He cares for our dog. He’ll care for yours.
Cameron absolutely loves dogs and has taken care of them for years. He has worked at a dog boarding place and kennels, and is especially knowledgeable about all breeds. He often has a special connection with them, understanding how they think and what they need. He loves our dog and cares for him well. (and our dog loves him!!) He is also very responsible and thorough. I highly recommend him!
I have know Cameron for nearly two decades. He has always been compassionate, friendly, and smart - with a soft spot for animals. Cameron did not always have the best interpersonal skills, but after his recent years at Camp Bow Wow I have watched his ability to organize, lead, and communicate grow significantly. Over the course of our friendship I have come to rely on Cameron for all my questions regarding my dog. He is a trustworthy person and a fountain of knowledge.
Cameron has a strong compassion for animals and deeply cares for their well-being and health. He has shown this compassion in his years working with dogs and obtaining a degree in zoology from the local community college. Not only can he recognize common illnesses but he can empathize with them when they are overwhelmed and needing extra attention. In the past 5 years I've known Cameron it is apparent that his life goal is a pure dedication to animals. If there is ever a person you could trust with your furrbaby it is Cameron.
