Availability: Monday through Thursday only after 5 PM Friday through Saturday any time My pet care experience started at an early age, as my mom had her own pet sitting business while I was in elementary school. I joined her on visits when I was not in school, and loved it. Flash forward to junior year of high school- I started volunteering with Save the Tails, Inc. and fell in love. I continued to volunteer with them every weekend I could up until I went to college, and for the past four years on every break I was home. Now that I have graduated from Virginia Tech, I am back at Save the Tails, but would love to expand my dog time even further through Rover. My family has our own dog at home (a rescue from Save the Tails), a Catahoula mix named Bear. He has lived with us for the last five years. Before that, we had a Sheltie named Oreo for twelve years, from the time I was four to my junior year of high school. They both have had their share of ups and downs, so I am pretty well versed in experience with all energy levels as well as training tips and tricks. We also currently have a Himalayan cat named Hershey, so if your dog has any kitty pals, I would be more than happy to spend some time with them. I am available close to full time right now, and would love to spend that time pampering your fur babies. Our pets are definitely in the "high maintenance" category, so I understand the importance of getting the details right and making sure everybody is happy and healthy. Whether your family needs walks, play time, meals, or more, I look forward to meeting some new furry friends!
