Hello! My name is Calli. Raised in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, I am a Midwesterner at heart and absolutely love outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, biking, and camping. After graduating high school, I moved to Portland, OR, where I discovered Rover. Since then, I have lived in Pennsylvania and California, doing what I love most- creating new relationships and bonds with families and their pets. I am now living in Las Vegas, Nevada full time, attending online school and working part time. My work and school schedules allow me lots of free time at home. I’ve been walking/sitting/boarding pets for nearly 10 years and it is by far the best job I’ve ever had! Nothing brings me more joy than caring for animals of all sorts! Please consider me for any of your pet’s needs. I’ll treat them like my own and send you daily photos and updates!

Whenever I book a new client, I like to take the time to meet in person at least once, so I can learn the needs of your animals. Meeting pets with their owners, I believe, also helps to build trust between all parties!

I prefer to know their daily schedule (what times they eat, use the bathroom, get walked). It’s also important to me to know and understand their temperament, if they like other animals (in case we run into another pet on a walk), where they prefer to sleep, and the contact information if an emergency should arise!
A typical day
I love to begin my mornings with a walk or some sort of outside time. Most of my late mornings and afternoons are spent on school work, but doing this from home makes it so easy to accommodate to your pet’s schedule. In the evenings, once the temperature is cooler, I enjoy a short neighborhood stroll!

Availability
Attending an online college, I have the time to stay home with your pet and make sure they are always being looked after and cared for. Currently, I drive for DoorDash. I have the ability to make my own schedule, meaning if I am staying with your pet, I can take time off to be present for your fur baby!
