I have been loving and caring for animals since the young age of just 8 years old when I started my first business, Cali's Critter Care. I have years of experience working with dogs of various breeds and ages. Caring for and being around animals is truly one of the greatest joys of my life and I have a lot of love to give!

We were really impressed with Cali! She handled three dogs (including a puppy) so well during our weekend trip. Aside from our meet and greet, we didn't know her before this experience, but we felt comfortable leaving our dogs in her care. For added assurance, she sent a few updates and pictures each day. We would definitely ask Cali to dog-sit for us again and would recommend her to other friends as well.
Cali was fantastic! Our border collie is extremely high energy and her brother is the opposite. Cali took great care of them while we were gone and gave updates/photos consistently. We definitely will be using her again.
Cali has come to walk my dog, Ebbie, on three different occasions when I have had late evenings at work. She always sends photos of Ebbie while she is there. Ebbie appears happy and well taken care of! I will continue to reach out to Cali when I need a dog walker for my best pal.
Cali has been with my family and I now for over 3 years and she is fabulous! She cared for our 3y/o mini Australian Shepard for a year by walking him daily, taking care of him when we were out of town and giving him so much love. She was the biggest help two years ago when we got Blue, another mini Australian Shepard. Cali is very responsible, caring, loves what she does and does a great job at it. We are so grateful for all of her help!

A typical day
Walking is one of my favorite activities as it is very meditative and therapeutic for me. I prefer longer walks and tend to mix up my route as much as possible. I enjoy walking in the metro parks, Edgewater, and little neighborhoods throughout the suburbs. If the dogs I care for are good off-leash, I love a good old game of fetch.

Availability
Working from home allows me to give the animals I care for the time and attention they deserve. I have an extremely flexible schedule that makes it easy for me to work around most people's busy lives.
