I've had all sorts of pets since I can remember. Cats have always been a staple of my home, save for the difficult years apart from all my pets -- save fish -- in college. Our house has always been the go to for animals in need, which is how many of our cats and dogs adopted us! Because of this, friends and family and coworkers often trust me to care for their animals, giving them the peace of mind that their furry family is safe and loved while they're away. I've often heard from owners that the pets I see and pet are ones who rarely come out for others. I'm happy and experienced to care for not just cats and dogs, but many animals as well, as I personally have several reptiles and experience with birds as well. Trusting someone to close a snake tank back up tight can be hard! I've also cared for and presented animals professionally, handling many types and teaching adults and children alike all about them. (Which means I can bring to the table weird animals facts too! Score!) I'm currently working part time with a varied schedule, so sometimes scheduling can get confusing but I'm always happy to work that through with you. I'm usually available most afternoons and into the early evening. If you need me another time, feel free to ask because my schedule that week may allow for it! Trusting someone into your home can be scary, and more so when your animals could be wary of them. That's why I always prefer to meet in person first so you and your pet can get to know me, and I can see your exact needs, especially those small but important things like how you need to wiggle a door handle just right. I always prefer to be left with specific written instructions that I can refer back to to always double check I'm doing what you need and expect (yay lists!) and will be happy to take pictures and send them if you'd like.
