Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Caitlyn. I have been loving and caring for animals all my life. As I grew up, I realized I wanted to do everything I possibly could for both my fur-siblings and animals everywhere; this led me to make many lifestyle changes including pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. I have been in the field for 7 years now and have loved every second of it. I believe this experience and acquired knowledge allows me to provide your pet with the best care possible- even if just for a walk or quick visit to your home! I will always put your pet's well being first and treat them as if they were my own. I can't wait to meet your sweet pup or kitty!

Caitlyn was excellent! We were looking to book last minute and she was very prompt in getting back to me. Since working in the veterinary field, I have learned how important it is to read an animal's body language. If your pet shows that they are shy or scared, I will go at their pace and not push them to do anything they are not comfortable with. Deciphering their body language allows both your pet and myself to stay safe while simultaneously building their trust.

I would like to know if there are certain things that trigger discomfort in your dog. Are there certain spots that they don't like to be pet? Should they not be exposed to other dogs or cats? How do they feel about cars/loud noises? What commands do they respond to? How well do they walk on a leash? Are they currently dealing with/ healing from any ailments? Do they have separation anxiety?
A typical day
I am willing to do just about anything to make sure your furry loved one has a fun time! Exercise is super important for dogs, no matter their age, so I will make sure to take them on long walks and play with them for however long they wish. If water is nearby, I'll gladly take your pup for a swim or stroll across the waterfront. Some dogs are couch potatoes and that is A-OK as well! I understand every dog is different, so I will absolutely accommodate to each of their unique personalities.
