I contracted Caitlin to sit for my 3 dogs in my home for 2 nights over a week end . I have very old dogs that need special care. I work from home and my dogs are not used to being home alone and I did not want them to be left alone for long periods of time. Caitlin did come to my home twice to get instructions and meet the dogs. She was nice and professional. My complaint is that she ended up not staying over night one of the nights and left my dogs home alone from 9:30pm-8:00 am according to her. It appears that she did more of a stop in my home care for the week end and not be there. I have a dog with Cushings that needs to be let out often and as instructed to Caitlin , my dog would most likely wake her in the night to go outside. We came home to potty on area rugs and poop on area rug. Caitlin did apologize, but all I wanted was good dog care in terms of her time. The dogs were fed and medicated as instructed.

My two energetic terriers seemed to do well with Caitlin and she was more that patient with my erratic schedule.
