Hello! Brian and I have both been dog owners (or around dogs) for 10+ years. I fell in love with dogs when I started visiting shelters post college. Brian (the lucky duck) grew up with a variety of dogs throughout his childhood, and frequently watched neighbors' dogs while he was growing up. Kina has been a member of our home for 6 years, and we would love to help watch your dog while you're away. Kina is friendly with other dogs and doesn't mind sharing the couch with another pooch. :) She's a shepherd mix; only weighing in at 30 pounds. We live in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood of Fairfax, VA just 1/4 mile from Woodglen Lake, which we visit frequently when we're not walking/running our own backyard and neighborhood sidewalks. Brian works frequently from home, and we do our best to accommodate lunch walks while your dog is staying with us. In the case that we can not accommodate mid-day walks, we will inform you at the time of your request. Please note that we have found it best to watch dogs that are 75 pounds or less, and we will most likely decline the request if your dog weighs more than that.
