Hello! I’m a nurse here in San Antonio but like to cushion my income with making new friends with four legged friends. I enjoy walking myself so thought this was a good way to do that. I have 2 children who turn 12 years old and 2 years old this year so they keep me on my toes. I’ve always had a dog in my life growing up so I understand the responsibility that comes along with having a pet. I treat everyone with respect and dignity. Caitlin was great! Everything went as planned, no issues and she seemed to go above and beyond at every step. She asked if we wanted lots of pictures, which we told her usually regular kennels don’t provide so we were expecting any, yet she still sent us some. Communication was also very concise and pleasant. We would definitely use Caitlin again.

Caitlin made us have a horrible experience. She confirmed she was available and committed to sitter our dog. At the day of drop off she didn't answer our phone calls neither the messages. We contacted Rover and they also tried calling her without any success. Until this day she hasn't had the decency to explain why she didn't answer us or at least cancel the stay before to give us the chance to book a different Rover. I would definitely not recommend trusting her.
