I have cared for dogs and various other pets since I was 3 years old. It was always my dream to have a dog and when I finally got one I did not take it for granted. In high school I dog sat for several other my neighbors. I have since been living with and caring for my 7 year old golden retriever Malkolm since he was 8 weeks old. My love for dogs spilled over into my professional life after I graduated college. For 2 years I managed a doggy daycare. In that position I was required to take a doggy CPR class, complete 2 levels of dog training with my buddy Malkolm, and take several educational courses that taught me about different dogs and breeds. I also helped foster dogs during that time. I have experience caring for (watching, walking, medicating, etc.) dogs of all breeds, needs, and sizes. I’m full of knowledge and most importantly love for both dogs and cats and will be an excellent sitter for your furry friends!! I’m currently in grad school at UTK persuing a PhD in sociology and coach youth basketball in throughout the Knoxville area.
