Left my baby with her came back and she was filthy. She had poop in her kennel and was apparently given something to eat other than her food to eat. I would never use her again and don’t recommend leaving your pet with her.

We DO NOT recommend using Caitlin to sit with your dogs! She was hired to home sit with our dogs for the weekend from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. At meet and greet we went over their schedule and informed her the schedule was posted on the refrigerator for her. She was told our smaller dog needed to be let outside for potty time every 3-4 hours to prevent accidents. She mentioned she would be at a friends wedding for a few hours Saturday evening but other than that she would be home with the dogs. She was informed of the security cameras posted at all outside doors and one in the living room. She had no problem with them being on. We have time stamped documentation of her leaving our house Thursday afternoon from 4:40-10:30, Friday 11:23 am-8:34pm, And Saturday 11:30am-9:35 pm. During these times our dogs missed their afternoon feedings and had not been outside to use the bathroom. After we realized what was taking place in our home we cut our vacation short and came home Saturday evening. We arrived home at 8:45 pm and waited for her to return. Once she returned, at 9:35 pm, she was informed we were not happy with her service, requested a refund and asked her to leave our house immediately. We also informed her we would be reporting her to Rover.
