I have known Caitlin since we were both 7, and over the past 20 years, I have always known Caitlin as two things, a pet lover and a responsible care taker. Without a doubt, Caitlin was always my most responsible friend. As the oldest of four children, Caitlin learned to care for others long before most children learned to care for themselves. She is instinctively nurturing and motherly. The other constant about Caitlin is that she has always loved pets more than anyone else I've known. Before she was old enough to work, she volunteered at the local pet store; during that time she cleaned cages and did the dirty work, without getting paid, because she loved animals and thought it was fun. In college, while living in the dorms, she had a pet beta fish, which she kept alive for an astounding 8 years. As a young adult, her first order of business after moving out of dorms was to adopt a dog, who immediately replaced me as Caitlin's best friend. When I myself adopted a dog almost a year ago, Caitlin was my go-to person for advice on everything from obedience training to dog-care logistics. When it comes to pet sitting, Caitlin will not let you down.
