We were so nervous about Sheila’s first night away from us, but Caitlin and her partner put us completely at ease. They sent us pictures of our pup settling in, and every communication — from first outreach to post-booking — was timely, kind, generous, and professional. Sheila can be a handful: she’s smart and stubborn and demands a lot of attention. She also gets upset when home alone or with other sitters. But when we collected her from Caitlin’s, she was cheerful and energetic — like we’d never been gone. I am so grateful we connected with Caitlin and will definitely be repeat clients!

I have had Cait help me with my dogs for 16 years. Our first lab, Kona, was 130 lbs., temperamental, and bossy. Sadly he was diagnosed with lymphoma at 4 years old which accounted for his atypical behaviors. Cait was masterful with this unhappy dog. It is said that dogs can sense the true character of a human. I believe that to be true when it came to Cait. She was always able to calm him and comfort him. In the end, she stood beside me when I had to euthanize Kona. Her strength lifted me on this very sad day. Soon after we adopted Bambino. Bam was a typical lab: "bad puppy, good dog". He is now 13 and has had perfect health and happiness, except for two operations to his hind legs ; ACL and meniscus tears repairs. Cait helped us with his recovery, physical therapy, medications and Bam is a very happy senior dog. Cait walked our pets, dogs sat both short and long term, and house sat for us. She is a person of strong values and morals. There was never a need to secure cash or valuables. I recommended her to all of my friends and neighbors because young people like Cait don't exactly grow on trees. Her fitness, mentally and physically, factor into her character and she was like a member of our family, most loved by our animals to be certain.
