Pet care experience
I have been a professional animal trainer for 7 years working with all animals from cats, rats, and dogs to horses, donkeys, and camels. I do my best to provide each animal with the individual care that they need. And I am comfortable being around a variety of critters and caring for them. I have had personal animals since I was 7 years old, and animals have always been a part of my life. I even had my own local dog walking service when I was in middle school and high school.

We have booked Caitlin several times to take care of our pups when we go away on vacation and will continue to do so as long as she is available. She is friendly, professional and reliable. She is great with our dogs and had a great personality. I’m thankful for her .

Caitlin was great with our crazy dog. She read her behavior well and was able to adjust. We extended our stay one more night due to difficulties coming home and Caitlin was kind enough to drop by again to help us out. Our dog was happy and content when we got home.
Caitlin kept our boys happy and healthy when we are out of state. Her regular updates with pictures gave us peace of mind that our furbabies weren't only content, they were very happy! Thank you!!

I do currently live in an apartment and can only house small to medium sized dogs. But I will care for them like they are my own, and if you are comfortable with them playing with my dog, I have a 6 year old Finnish spitz/collie mix that is super friendly and loves making new friends. My dog and I go on hikes and out for coffee or dinner, and if that is something you would like your doggo to join in on I would be more than happy to bring them along. However, if they are more the stay at home watch a movie type, I can make that work too!

Any animal that requires any special attention is absolutely fine with me, all that I ask is that we would meet before they are in my care so we can go over the procedures and expectations for the care of your fur baby.
A typical day
I love taking my dog to the hiking trails and walking trails near me. I also enjoy kayaking and taking my dog to the river and to beaches. I also enjoy training dogs on agility courses and learning new tricks. My dog loves to run around and chase tennis balls so going to the park to play fetch is a must.

Availability
I am a full time teacher during the school year, but with the summer coming up I will be much more available for day time visits. I will still be available during the school year and on weekends, but we would just have to discuss scheduling at those times. I have no problem being flexible all I ask is for communication so we can make it work best for you and your fur babies! :)
