I’m not sure I can say exactly how long I’ve been involved in pet care, having grown up with a Veterinary Technician for a mother, helping foster orphaned kittens from 1 day old and up, while living in a household full of pets. I’ve also worked as a Veterinary Assistant on and off for about 5 years, moving on to full-time in an animal shelter for 4 1/2 years, often pet sitting cats, dogs and ferrets, as well as fostering underaged puppies and kittens (short-term), special behavioral needs dogs and cats (long-term),and special medical needs dogs and cats (long-term). As a young and active person, I would love to take your pup on hikes of varying length and/or difficulty.
