Cade is amazing!!! 10/10!!!!!

I was really surprised and disappointed, Cade was supposed to check on my cats by 11am each day - while he showed up the first day all good, the next day I did not hear from him at all until after 3pm, once I had already started the process of talking to Rover Support to ask them to contact him and help me find a solution. This was after waiting almost an hour for a response from him. Really frustrating to be across the country and not know what the status is with your sitter and have to scramble to find back up care for your pets. Rover Support was also very little help. He said there was a family emergency, but did not make any attempt to let me know ahead of time he would be not be able to make it on time. Would have of course understood if there was any communication, but it’s jarring to have no idea if someone is going to show up or not when you’re away from your babies. I really enjoyed meeting him so this experience was a bummer. Had to cancel the remainder of the booking after his no-show.
