Pet care experience
I grew up with pets, from my family’s first dog, a massive German Shepard mix, to their current dog, a mid-sized mutt who’s interests include napping in the sun and as many snuggles as you’ll give her. I currently live with a senior cat, who’s temperament is akin to a weathered old sea captain. Sometimes she wants pets, sometimes she wants to be left alone. I have experience watching a variety of pets from geriatric cats to playful puppies!

Brynne is an incredibly caring and attentive dog sitter. Whenever they are taking care of a dog, they make sure it is their number one priority. They will also make sure dogs get all the playtime, attention, and pets they deserve!
Brynne has watched our Beagle mix Lincoln for nearly two years. She loves him as her own, even taking him to a family Christmas once. She is appropriately communicative, checking in without being excessive, reliable, considerate & caring. Lincoln is always sad when she leaves, in part because he’s been given ample walks, time & attention. I have even suggested her to other friends with dogs - I can’t recommend her enough!
Brynne has always had dogs growing up and has always been a responsible and loving caregiver for them. I have an incredibly anxious labradoodle and Brynne is one of the few people I allow to let her out and babysit her because she pays attention to details and has a calming presence.

I love taking dogs who enjoy it on long walks to get out of the house, and especially enjoy some good park time if the pet has the temperament for it. (I’m not a fan of dog parks unless the pet parent has one they specifically recommend, but prefer taking dogs to on-lease public parks which allow dogs). Unfortunately I can’t have dogs in my own home currently, but I love providing longer company for dogs in their own home if the parents are open to that!

I love to play with dogs and cats alike, whether that’s fetch or another game they enjoy. I also personally enjoy long walks and occasionally running if pets are up for it.

Availability
I work fully remotely, usually from home, which leaves me plenty of time to walk pets and get in all the playtime or snuggles they might want. I’m happy to walk during the day or provide longer day-time company in a pets house for those pet parents who work long hours.
