Pet care experience
Hi I’m Brynn! I’m a 22 year old college student living in Anchorage. I own a 3 year old black cat named Beck, and a 1 year old Calico named Zelda. I love to spend my time outside hiking and enjoying our gorgeous state. I have been working with animals for over 3 years and have loved every minute! I have experience caring for puppies under 3 months and senior dogs 15+ years with special needs. I worked at the top doggy daycare in Anchorage for two years and gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience with many breeds. Now that I am a university student I am looking to offer more hands on, part time pet care. Working with animals has brought me so much joy and I hope to continue for the rest of my life. I hope I can provide the care you are hoping for, and I look forward to meeting your fur babies! As an assistant manager at the doggy daycare I was responsible for creating safe pack environments for 80 dogs a day. I have spent a lot of time studying canine behavior, and feel in great confidence that I can keep your pets safe wether it’s in a home or on a trail. As an avid hiker I will be prepared to handle any situations that may arise while on a trail walk. I have also worked with animals who experience seizures and know how to recognize and aide the animal in distress.

Took excellent care of our old dog and our home
Brynn was great!! She came to visit our dogs twice before house sitting for us to be sure the dogs were familiar with her. She treated our dogs with lots of love and was a very good communicator. She sent lots of photos/videos, which we love to see while we are away from our pups! Will definitely be using Brynn again next time we go out of town!
Brynn is phenomenal! She watched my cat while I was out of town, and I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. She was very communicative and sent lots of updates and pictures, and I would happily hire her again!
I appreciated Brynn’s knowledge of dog behavior. She helped my dog, Jada, ease into some much needed socialization time with other pups while boarding. She provided Jada snuggles and attention and was flexible on pick up and drop off times. I would definitely book with her again in the future.

I have worked with dogs of many different temperaments. Id like to know a little bit about how your pup interacts with others, just so I can set up the best care plan for them while you are away. I do require a meet and greet before accepting any new dogs, so we can make sure they will be comfortable and successful in my care. I have worked with reactive dogs, and have experience walking and working on reactivity training. I’d also like to know what works best for your pup in regards to commands and how they’re normal everyday schedule goes. I’ll work with you and your dog in whatever ways I can to make sure they are happy and successful in their time away from you.
A typical day
I have never met an animal that I didn’t love. When I come by to meet new clients I always make sure to discuss what kind of activities your pet loves to do, so that I can make sure we have a great time together! I love to get outdoors, so if your pup loves hiking, it will be a treat for both of us! I am also happy to work on command training with younger pups if that’s something incorporated into their daily routine. If your pups enjoy socializing, I also love going to dog parks!
