I was looking for a last minute sitter for the weekend, and I picked Bryna based off of her proximity to me (about a mile) I needed a place I could get to and from quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't until after I paid that she sent me her actual address which was almost a thirty minute drive for me. The next morning she sent me updates and pictures of my dog, which I appreciated a lot. However, she texted my personal number telling me she forgot to update her profile and if I could send more money to her PayPal. This put me in a very awkward situation because I was afraid to say no while she had my dog and I was out of town. I don't want to make assumptions, but it made me extremely uncomfortable and I was worried about the well being of my dog. I called Rover and asked how to proceed, they told me once both parties accept the stay that the price stays as is. I was getting in at night so I asked her if it would be more convenient for me to pick up my dog in the morning; that way I would feel like paying her more would be justified. She said no, and when I picked up my dog that night she once again reiterated the fact that I needed to send more money to her paypal. I have no doubt she took good care of my dog, but the over all transaction made me every uncomfortable and I was worried about my dog. Three days later she messaged me again and I told her what rover told me and told her she should contact them as well. She said "really classy to not do the right thing".
