Although we really liked Bryanna during our meeting and greet, we had a few issues with this booking (house sitting Thursday through Monday, 5pm-10am): 1. She didn't disclose that she was going to have her partner in our home -- we would have asked to meet him if we had known that was a possibility, especially since he was waiting in his car outside our house during our meet and greet. 2. Of the four nights, Bryanna only completed three. We have a front door camera, so I received notifications when she came and went. On the last evening of the booking, Sunday night, I was getting concerned that she hadn't arrived by 7pm. I received a notification that she had arrived at 7:25pm, but then almost immediately left our house with what seemed to be all of her belongings at 7:42pm. After not hearing from her for over ten minutes, I sent a quick, casual message in the app asking for an update. No response. I waited ten more minutes and sent her a text message in case she didn't get notifications from the app for some reason. No response. On the verge of tears from panic, I messaged her again on the app, expressing my worry because all I knew is that she was in our house for 15 minutes and had left with no communication for over a half hour. We finally received a response saying that our gal was fed but that the spiders outside our home gave her anxiety and that there was a spider in our house that "threw her over the edge." No photo, no update on our gal except "She was fed at 7:30pm." I had mentioned the spiders in our garden and near the front door during our meet and greet. Not that we are infested or anything, but it's the fall in the Seattle area and we have a covered entry to our home with a bright light. There was no mention of her being arachnophobic during our meet and greet, even when I jokingly mentioned to be wary of spider webs on the way to the side of the house to obtain our spare key in the key box. I even had a neighbor come by with a broom to clean our front entry of any webs or creepy crawlies the day after we left because I could see how affected she and her partner were upon arrival on our front door cam. Even with the neighbor's thorough day time cleaning, Bryanna messaged me that evening asking for me to get him to come back over to get a spider that had apparently come back. My neighbor was unavailable, but Bryanna managed to flag down an amazon driver to help her (the Amazon driver was very confused and only saw the spider after multiple attempts). Bryanna ended up coming back to our home with her partner at 6:48am Monday morning and leaving at 7:00am to feed our gal and return our spare key. No photo, no update on our gal except a message that she had finished feeding and left the spare key in the key box. We returned home on Monday earlier than we had scheduled due to our our panic and frustration. I was terrified that something had happened to our gal, and Bryanna was too scared to tell us. The sudden change in behavior from the many pictures and updates to receiving next to nothing was enough to ruin the later half of our vacation and put me in a tailspin. I genuinely wish Bryanna the best; however, I believe she should be more transparent with pet owners about her limitations and phobias, as well as notify owners that her partner will be accompanying her during portions of her stay.

Bryanna was amazing and my dog really loved her! She was great and commenting and giving me all the updates. She left my place clean and tidy. Will definitely book her again!
