Bryanna was perfect! It was our first time leaving the fur baby with someone outside of the family but she made us feel very comfortable from minute she took the job. Bryanna is punctual and communicates everything clearly. We never had a doubt once we met her during the meet and greet. You can tell she is very experienced. She asks great questions and our anxious pup immediately took to her. He was so sad when she left. Bryanna also sent picture updates frequently and helped us out last minute when we had to add another family members dog into the mix. She took the responsibility in stride and we never had any worries. Bryanna isn’t just great with animals she is also very professional. You can tell she has a mind for business and takes each booking with 100% confidence.
