Unreliable/Unresponsible. I've used Rover's services for a few years and went through various walkers that either move on to other jobs, or move away. This is the first time I've had to negative review one. I don't have a lot demands, I'm not strict on an entire 30 min session, nor is my boy difficult to deal with (he's really mellow). I'm ok as long as he gets to go out and relieve himself while I'm work. I've hired Bryanna to come out for a few days every week to take care of my boy's needs. Barely 3 months into the job and I'm already getting no shows. I let it go after the first couple times because I understand life gets in the way. After about the third/fourth time, there was no communication or reply as to why. I had to hassle with rover to get refunds, look for a replacement, and pay a smith to re-key my locks. I am sure Bryanna treated my boy well when she was around, but I think it's fair to say that there shouldn't be so many absences in a 3 month period. I can't imagine any job tolerating that kind of dependability. Maybe I should've been more wary after her other previous negative review.
