Bryan took care of my dog while I was in town to visit the hot springs. He was very flexible ( I arrived late) and accommodating. He showed me his home and then updated me with pictures. My dog was happy when I picked him up.

Unreliable sitter. Bryan was quick to respond through the booking process. He increased the cost of what he initially advertised to offset the Rover fee. At time of drop off, he was not responsive to texts, calls, or knocks on his door. Rover support also failed to get in contact with him. This stay was ultimately canceled by Rover. Don't get stuck in this same situation; reach out to a different sitter in the area and save yourself some stress.
