I grew up with a PeekaPoo (half Pekingese and Half Poodle). My job was to walk him every other night and he slept on by bed every night. As an adult, I have owned 2 Shiba Inus and my wife and I bred and raised a litter of 5 puppies. Raised the puppies from one-day old to the time they were sold. This involved bottle feeding, bathing, and snipping nails etc. We kept one puppy to stay and be a friend with her Mom. Loved to walk them and take care of them. Have rarely met a dog that I didn't like (and vice-versa). I am in good health, ,so walking is not a problem. I am semi-retired, so staying overnight is not a problem at this time.
