Hi there, we're Brooke and Brian and we can't wait to meet you and your dog. We are newlywed, life-long pet owners with an energetic, fun-loving fur baby. We are responsible, attentive animal-lovers with a passion for pets and we love providing our own pup, Gambit, with other playmates.  I, Brooke, have full time availability, so I can spend tons of time with your dog. I pride myself on being cheerful, creative, and calm, and all of these traits help me be a better pet sitter. Dogs respond positively to my energy, I always can think of new ways to entertain them, and they're soothed by my presence. My husband Brian (a lifelong pet owner) is here for playtime and walks, but I am the primary caregiver. I have tons of volunteer experience with cats and dogs in shelters, and can provide animals with a calming presence. I also have a degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology, and am a skilled communicator. I take special interest in each dog, I want to learn about their quirks and personalities, so they can become part of the family while they're in my care. When you board with us, feel confident knowing your pet will not be unattended or lonely. We'll do our best to make them feel special! When you select our services, know that we will be giving your pet the attention and TLC they would have at home. The visiting dog has full run of the house to romp and play with our dog. Furniture and beds are not off-limits! Just tell us your usual house rules and we'll stick to them! Our fur-baby was gifted to me by Brian before Christmas 2014 and he's been the gift that keeps on giving. He was adopted from a Louisiana shelter, so we are unsure of his specific breed: he was described as "wire terrier" and appears to be a mix of Jack Russell terrier and Dachshund. He's gentle, sweet-natured, and well-behaved, so he would be a great playmate for your dog while you are away. He's approximately 13 lbs but enjoys play with all dogs, big or small!  We're Conveniently located for travelers within minutes of Houston’s IAH/George Bush International Airport. Drop off your pup before your next flight!
