I would recommend being explicit in what you need from Brooke. We usually don't closely watch our pet cameras when we're away, but we felt compelled to pay closer attention when we noticed she was gone for the vast majority of the day on the first day. Leaving the house occasionally during the day is reasonable, but most of the day felt extreme and not line with what we needed, especially because one of our dogs takes a medication that causes her to need to pee more frequently, which we told her. We also believed it was standard to receive updates and pictures every day from sitters, but we only got one picture in the 4 days we were gone with a small update based on and following questions we asked that day. We also noticed she didn't follow our need for one dog to be watched while eating so that the other dog with a special diet doesn't eat it for their health, which could have been dangerous for that dog. We noticed some other things that weren't totally in line with what we asked, so she didn't appear to thoroughly follow our instructions even though we wrote them down for her. When we arrived home we noticed some accidents in the house, but all in all our pets were safe and the house was otherwise in good shape, so nothing catastrophic happened, but we would not choose her again since her style does not suit our needs.

Brooke did an amazing job house sitting for us! We could tell that our pups had been well loved while we were away!
