I love animals so much and take pride in each visit, walk, boarding experience, and housesit. My boyfriend and I have been hosting boarding in our home since June of 2021. Our schedules are pretty close to opposite, so there will be someone home for a vast majority of the day to provide your cat/dogs with plenty of interaction and love. We try our best to make it the best experience possible, and provide plenty of exercise. On 1/1/23 we adopted our girl Leia. She is 4 years old, spayed, with moderate energy level. She is part German Shepherd, part Border Collie. She is very protective of our home but is quite timid and sweet at first before she warms up and becomes playful with other dogs. We've had one guest since adopting her, and that went pretty well. She will soon be attending obedience school/is still in the process of learning how to best socialize, but we'll get her there! **I've been taking care of cats and dogs for 23 years. I have more photos of/with dogs, but I grew up with cats and have experience with them as well. I also have experience with senior & special needs dogs.** Let me know how I can help!

Brooke and Tony were fantastic watching Rizzo for the first time! Our pup is high energy and not the best walker, so we know he can be a little challenging to watch at times. He also has seizures and we are overprotective pet parents, so we are extra careful about who watches him. Brooke kept us constantly updated with loads of info on how he was doing and plenty of photos. She gave him his pills right on schedule and made sure to get in exercise. We felt really comfortable and at ease while we were gone over a long weekend. We would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Brooke did a fantastic job! She gave me daily updates on Ruger (German Shepherd) and he loved her! He was very comfortable and got tons of attention! I highly recommend Brooke if you feel you need the extra attention for your pup.

I have a fenced-in backyard where I spend lots of time tossing the ball to allow your dog to burn off tons of energy. I provide daily walks and will engage with your pet as much as possible inside the home as well. I also like to take dogs to the local park if the parents are comfortable with it!

Do your pets suffer from separation anxiety? What is their eating/medication routine? Any quirks or anything that negatively triggers them? Any limitations on walks (amount of time, meeting other dogs at the park, etc)? The more info I know about your pet/s, the better. Also let me know how often you'd like updates. I often worry that I'm sending too few or too many.
A typical day
I would love to run with your dog if he/she would like. I'll accommodate any speed or preferences you may have. We will switch up our neighborhood routes and occasionally visit the nearby park. For drop-ins and housesitting/daycare services, I'll play with them as much as they'd like as well. During boarding they will be allowed on my furniture and bed as long as that is okay with you.

Availability
Availability: I work 8-5 Monday through Friday. Tony typically doesn't leave for work until 1 or 2pm and is able to help me care for our guests until I get home and can take your dog/s for a walk! We have a large crate that can be used during the short amount of time that we are both away--for puppies, or if you'd prefer for your dog to be crated during that time.
