Pet care experience
I have taken care of puppies, kittens, and senior dogs and cats ever since I got my first pet as a child. I care deeply about animals and will make sure that they receive the care that they need to ensure their comfort and happiness. I love to walk so this is perfect for everyone, including you and your pet!

Brooke has been awesome watching my 15lb poodle, Lou! I completely trust her and know that Lou is always in good hands in her care! She has watched him at her home and has come to my home to take him for walks. Lou loves Brooke and is always excited when she comes to visit! Brooke is great with all animals, is super responsible, and is a great communicator.

I would love to know if the dog has any special needs and how they react to people and other pets. I would like to know if the dog is reactive and needs some space from others or if they want to play with other dogs. I want to keep your pet safe and make sure to avoid anything that makes them uncomfortable or anxious. Afterall, the visit is for their benefit and I want to make the most of it.
A typical day
What we do really depends on the dog! I am happy to go for a hike, play frisbee, ball, or just go for a regular leashed walk around the neighborhood. It's really dependent on the dogs energy level and age. I think it's important to do exercise your pet in the appropriate way that they need and are comfortable with.

I am currently building a house and I don't have the time to work full time. I am able to check in on your pets during the day for a couple of days a week or more if you're interested in setting up something more consistent.
