My name is Brooke, and I've been a dog person since the day I was born. I grew up with a Norwegian Elkhound, and have had numerous breeds of dogs since, including pit bulls. In college, I volunteered at the Indianapolis Animal Care and Control, where I temperament tested all dogs before they were moved to the adoption floor. Over the years, many people have trusted me with caring for their pets, and I would love nothing more than to be able to care for yours too. I am available for overnight stays with your pet at your house or quick and simple drop-ins and walks. As of right now, I am not available to board your pets as I live in an apartment and dogs aren't allowed. I am looking to move to a house eventually with a yard so I can board, and I will definitely let everyone know when that becomes an option. I'm not just a dog lover; I'm an animal lover. So if you need someone to look after your cat, rabbit, or fish, as well as your dog, I'm your girl.

Brooke has helped care for two kiddos for years. She is responsible, reliable, kind and caring. I have also known Brooke since she was a baby. She always knows how to make my kids smile and used to send me pics while she was watching them so I always felt very comfortable leaving them with her.
Brooke is a true dog lover. She always treats our dogs as her own. She has experience handling dogs of all types. I highly recommend Brooke to care for your dog. Be careful- your dog may want to go home with her!!

I enjoy taking dogs on walks in the parks in Fort Wayne that have nature trails, like Fox Island and Franke Park. I will participate in any activity the dog likes to do, like tug-o-war and ball. I'm a big treat-giver, per the guidelines and wishes from the owner of course, so trips to get pup cups from Starbucks are sometimes in the plans.
