Hi I’m Brooke! I’m 21 years old and go to UWW for Early Childhood Education! Im flexible in the summer. I’m only working 7:45-11:45 Monday-Friday from June17th-July12th. Other than that I pick up a few babysitting shifts here and there. I got my first dog when I was 7 years old. I’ve always had an interest in dogs! Now that I have a dog of my own, I’ve taken much more responsibility. Getting my dog, Stryker, when he was just 7 weeks old I researched before hand for hours and hours to do my best to raise a well behaved dog. I give him lots of attention, exercise, and treats! We go for a walk/run almost everyday and do some training at least 3 times a week. I keep up on his grooming such as clipping nails, brushing teeth, cleaning ears, and bathing. I want to make sure my dog as the best life and he would love to have some fur friends stay over once in awhile! I’ve been through a 6 week training program with my dog so I know a few tricks up my sleeve. I learned that it’s more about teaching the owner than it is teaching the dog. If a person doesn't understand a dog, then there’s no way of training it well. I believe in positive reinforcement and lots of attention. I’m very easy going, kind, and flexible over the summer.
