Bronwyn here! My partner Mary Melissa (M) and I decided to take up Rovering on the side of our full time work to support neighbors looking for high-level high-love house and pet care while away from home. Our experience with pets and animals is our life experience, and we’re learning new animal care tips and tricks and getting better every day. No animals are a surprise or complication to us. We’re nearly always up for a challenge and misjudged breeds, older pets, medically fragile babes, and those who need some extra TLC and patience have special places in our hearts. Pretty potbellies, egg-laying chicks, fancy rats, reptiles of all kinds, the itty babes to big ol babes, cats, dogs, and all the other animals you love, we’ll love as our own, no doubt. I am an elementary school teacher in Austin ISD and M works from home. We have two kiddos who know the rules of the animal world well, who love our visitors, and help out a ton. Our family has quite a bit of flexibility with work and can be home a lot of the day. We do have our own animals to care for and consider throughout the day, so adding yours in the mix will be easy peasy. Our dogs are crate trained and our cats free roam with our dogs. We have safe spaces to hide, play, sleep, eat, and potty for everyone. We’ll be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of your pet, whoever they are.
