I currently work as a supervisor and kennel/yard attendant at a dog ranch, and have 1 dog, 1 cat, and 2 Guinea pigs of my own. I also worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility from 2019 to 2022 when I lived in Wisconsin as a supervisor and kennel attendant. In Wisconsin this included supervising over 50 dogs (with 1-2 other staff members) & up to 15 on my own here in Colorado while they play. Outside of play group I am giving basic grooming services such as baths, brush outs, teeth brushing, nail trims and dremels. I am also feeding, giving medication, walking, snuggling, and playing with the dogs in our care outside of play group time. I also work with my dog daily on behavior, socialization, and overall well being, and I treat anybody else’s dog or other pet like my own. I would be happy to give your dog basic grooming services as listed above! I have had guinea pigs for 9 years and feel very confident in caring for them and other small animals. I will even do my best to trim their nails if you need and am happy to administer medications with more discussion. Lastly, I have had my cat for almost a hear. I have always been around cats in my home, helping to take care of my roommates’ cats, so I feel confident in caring for them as well, and would be happy to provide nail trims or other basic grooming services for them to the best of my ability. Any other pets are great, too! I am ready and willing to learn your pets needs so I can keep them safe and healthy while you are away. I am CPR and First Aid certified for dogs as well.
