I asked Britton and his girlfriend to watch my cat while I was gone and was so happy with the amount of photos and videos I received. However, upon return from my 3 day vacation I recognized that the instructions I left regarding feeding was completely disregarded. I premixed his food by date and even created a simple Airbnb style PowerPoint to detail this information and make it quick and easy. Because this was ignored after the first day, my cat missed out on 2 days worth of medication and has been a bit ill digestively in result. When I brought this to their attention I was told about how busy and overbooked they were during this time. I am not one to thrive off of giving less than stellar reviews but I was extremely disappointed and feel it’s important that this is recorded for anyone who may have pets with medications or special requirements. Potentially, this can be very dangerous or even dire.

Britton was fantastic at communicating with me and sending pics of my baby girl while I was gone. My only concern was that my baby wasn’t as excited to go home as normal- which means she was that loved and cared for with Britton. That means the world to me. I will definitely book with him again on my next trip!
