Brittny was hired to watch my two dogs and cat for 5 nights. I'll start with what she did well: -Mostly responsive to text messages. Willing to learn to medicate my cat, willing to do a lot of walking with my dogs Things that were done poorly: -I was charged for puppy care but my puppy went 11 hours without going out one night and 10 hours another night. One of the nights Brittny was hired, she performed all tasks but on a drop-in basis and my dogs were crated until she came back at 4am. My puppy also chewed up his sister's Gentle Leader and my couch cushions, which leads me to believe that he was not supervised adequately at all times and raises the question of why I was paying for additional care. -I clearly wrote out their potty schedule on this app and on paper and it was not followed as I would have liked. For example, I asked that the dogs be taken out when Brittny returned from being out, but multiple times it would be at least an hour after she arrived that she would let them out. This wouldn't be a big deal, but both dogs are used to going out right away when I get home. Brittny did not stick to the schedule even after I gave a gentle reminder of what my dogs are used to. Both dogs developed stress diarrhea and there were accidents in the house, which never happens, and she left stains on my carpet. -I am leaving her 1 star because when I raised my concerns, Brittny was extremely defensive and honestly aggressive rather than trying to understand my concerns and being present for my dogs. I requested a 50% refund due to not sticking to the schedule, not being present for 2 nights and being present but not letting my dogs out for 10 hours one night, and for damages done to my belongings. Brittny refunded 1/3 of her expenses and was extremely rude. -If you hire her, I recommend that you have cameras to keep her honest if you are looking for someone to actually stay overnight with your pets. I don't recommend her if you have a puppy. I don't recommend her if your pet cannot go more than 10 hours without going outside. I also don't recommend her if your dogs are crated when left alone. Her services are extremely expensive for the actual work she puts in. This was a nightmare of a first experience with a stranger as a petsitter and with Rover as a service. I would have given 3 starts prior to bringing up my concerns to her. Her response to my concerns and lack of professionalism are what lead me to go to 1 star. I would not trust her with my pets again.

Brittany did a wonderful job! Felt so at ease with her and I have two dogs who can be tough. They did great with her. Will definitely use her again ,
