Hello! My name is Brittany and I am 33 years old. I have taken care of horses, cats, dogs, bunnies, ferrets, hamsters and geckos so I have a lot of experiences with many different pets over the years. I would be more then happy to babysit your pet and you will receive a lot of photos and videos from me during their stay 📸 I have a 2.5 year old Aussiedoodle named Oliver who loves to play but can takes queues very well from other animals. I also have one cat but she is separated by the upstairs gate. She likes to rule the upstairs so she doesn’t come down when we have a Rover guest. Most of my clients dogs have never been in a home with a cat but with over 130 bookings, not one dog has ever cared! She sleeps in both my sons rooms upstairs so they probably don’t even notice her. We have 3 boys, two are 11 and one is 9 months! The baby is never in reach of a Rover dog or allowed to crawl all around when one is staying with us. I have playpens in every room. I never allow him to crawl all over or grab a dog. Eventually I will be slowing down when he becomes a toddler so that I can teach him how to have gentle hands. Once he learns I will be starting back up 😀 I have a sunroom that turned into my office that a lot of the pets love to sun bathe in. It’s also good to have in case anyone ever needs to be separated or just needs a break from playing. Rover dogs remain with me at all times no matter what room we are in.

I have a fully fenced in yard that’s 3/4 of an acre. The fence is a chain link fence all around and I have a white picket fence for our driveway entrance. Dogs are never unsupervised outside and for smaller pets I will walk on a leash if requested to the size of my property. For really small dogs, I typically feel more comfortable doing so anyway. My home has a large front porch they all love to lay on while outside. We also have a koi pond with only water that my dog and many others love to jump in. We pump it and refill it so it’s fresh clean water.

A typical day
I have 3/4 acre fully fenced in yard for them to run in! Between the boys and myself, we love to play outside with them. I can provide bowls, treats (if allowed), a large or medium sized dog bed and plenty of toys. I also have a crate (see picture for size) if your dog uses one at home. If you prefer your own things for your pet, I will use those as well!

Availability
I am a Product Services and Management Analyst for Mather Hospital Northwell Health and my partner Dylan is a Core Driller in the union. I work from home full time (permanently) therefore I am always here. My dog is not used to being alone due to my job so someone is ALWAYS home but if we have a Rover guest with us, I will be the one here.
