Yeah, I found a cat sitter on rover.com!! Despite the assumption that cats want to be alone all of the time my boy does not like being left for long weekends. I hired Brittany because she was the only cat-friendly sitter I could identify, and I was not disappointed. My cat is somewhat shy and timid, but he approached Brittany as soon as she sat on the couch. She has a cat and understands their needs. Selfishly, I toyed with not writing the recommendation so I could get in when I need her, but I concluded other cat parents may want to know. The option of having Brittany house-sit for my cat was a better option for my pet than hauling him somewhere else. Brittany is pleasant and her friendliness will put your pet at ease.
