Hello fellow fur baby lovers! From a small age, I've been infatuated with dogs. I grew up with Shih Tzus, and while I have a soft spot for smaller breeds, I love dogs of all sizes! I currently have a ~8 year old Brittany Spaniel named Dover. Dover is very friendly, loves to explore, go for long walks, and meet new humans and new dog friends. His energy comes in bursts, and while he loves to chase squirrels and birds, he also LOVES to sleep. As past experiences pet sitting have shown me, Dover tends to mimic the energy of the dog we're watching. My reputation as a "crazy dog lady" has made me the go-to dog sitter for all of my friends, so Dover has had lots of exposure with other pups in our home. You can rest assured that your dog would have constant companionship and would be well cared for.

Brittany was great. My Airedale, Lucy, had a great time and I didn't worry at all like I do usually when I leave her at a commercial day care. Brittany's dog is very sweet; he and Lucy did very well together. I would ask Brittany to watch Lucy again and highly recommend her to others.

As far as going on walks, the pace of the walk depends on the energy of the dog being walked! I like to give the dog the opportunity to explore the new surroundings, and will set a slow pace to allow for it.
